InGear Fitness has teamed up with Pilates LOA to bring the power of Pilates right into the gym.


Many people think Pilates is just stretching, rehab, or an easy workout. It’s not. Professional athletes use Pilates for a reason — it’s one of the best methods for cross-training.


Strength training is at the heart of InGear, but Pilates can be your “fitness 401K.” It develops motor skills you won’t get from lifting alone and emphasizes breath, focus, and mind-body connection — the missing piece for your next PR. Equipment-based Pilates targets deep stabilizing muscles that protect your joints and improve your heavy lifts.


Expect better range of motion, more control, and the ability to uncover and fix imbalances throughout your body.


Our studio is outfitted with top-tier Merrithew equipment: three V2 Max+ Reformers with mat converters and vertical frames (offering Cadillac-style versatility and a traveling pulley system), split-pedal stability chairs with handles, Cardio Tramps, rotational discs, arc barrels, and a full range of props to scale movements for any fitness level or add intensity.


At LOA you’ll experience individualized programming that’s client-centered, empowers self-advocacy, and steadily moves you to the next level.
