This is our most individualized, all-inclusive coaching membership at InGear Fitness. We’re not a ‘machines only’, ‘bodyweight only’, ‘kettlebell only’, etc. type of gym. The approach of trying to fit everyone into the same box with a particular way training is in the past. Our coaches are experts in program design, which enable us to create personalized training programs that are scientific and progressive to guide you as quickly and safely as possible toward your fitness goals. Combine this with a nutrition plan customized for you, motivation and accountability from your coach, unlimited access to Large Group Training, you now have everything you need to succeed.
Our small group personal training program was created so we could offer an affordable solution to building strength and lean muscle. 1on1 personal training costs upwards of $100+ per hour in Florida, usually being locked in with the same trainer who has minimal flexibility in scheduling. Our small group training sessions provides the same great experience as 1on1 personal training alongside 1-5 other members, giving you an opportunity to work out with people who have similar goals for less than ½ the price and with much greater flexibility schedule-wise. Large group sessions are geared toward fat loss and conditioning, while our small group sessions are designed to build strength and muscle through progressive weight training. Each small group follows a specific and progressive plan, each exercise adapted to the individual accordingly to properly ensure training is safe, appropriate for each individual, and to maximize results in an engaging environment. This membership includes unlimited Large Group Training and exclusive access to open gym as well. Our clients who have gotten the best results do a combination of small group training, large group training, along with simple and consistent nutrition and lifestyle changes. Our system works if you work.

Our Saturday sessions are all about mobility and longevity. Whether you’re chasing personal bests, just getting started in the gym, or just simply want to feel and move better in and out of the gym, our Rebuild and Recover (R&R) sessions are all about unlocking your true movement potential. We coach every exercise, meet you where you’re at and most importantly, ensure every member has an overall enjoyable workout experience. Over the last 20 years, the rise of early specialization has led many parents and young athletes to believe that the skill alone is the key to becoming an exceptional athlete. Youth sports are more competitive than ever, simply playing your sport is not enough to stay ahead of the competition. Athletes that stay ahead of the competition are the ones who put in extra work outside their sport, training to become overall better athletes.
InGear Sports Performance was designed to supplement an athlete’s sport skill by improving basic biomotor abilities such as mobility, work capacity, strength and speed, in such a way that develops mental toughness and builds their confidence. We pride ourselves on being able to effectively address the unique individual needs of each athlete and build programs around improve key areas that lead to improved performance in their respective sports.

All skills being equal, a stronger, more explosive, and well-conditioned athlete with the right mindset is extremely difficult to play against. Our program is designed to get youth athletes to THEIR next level in the safest and most effective way possible. When kids move well they progress faster and learn to love the training process so they remain athletes for life.
Our mission is to ensure that every kid who comes through our program not only becomes a better athlete for their sport but better young men and women in the process. The coaches at InGear aim to show young athletes how discipline, attitude, responsibility, work ethic, amongst other virtues will make or break the success of each athlete on and off the field.
Today, children are playing outside far less than they did 30 years ago, physical education in schools has declined in importance, and early specialization in youth sports is common. This trend often prevents young athletes from developing a broad range of movement skills, limiting their athletic potential.
InGear Sports Performance is the first athletic development program on the Treasure Coast focused on multilateral development. Research consistently shows that athletes who specialize early in a single sport rarely advance to collegiate or professional levels. In contrast, those who engage in various sports develop diverse movement skills and physical abilities, increasing their chances of success in later years.
Our Speed Demon Program for ages 8-12 centers on fundamental skills such as running, jumping, changing direction, balancing, throwing, catching, kicking, rolling, climbing, and reacting, all in a fun and supportive environment that encourages kids to enjoy exercise.
We emphasize age-appropriate qualities like speed, agility, strength, power, mobility, and coordination, rather than conditioning. Our activities—comprising task-based challenges, games, and drills—expose athletes to a variety of movements and skills. Each class aims to leave kids sweaty, smiling, and equipped with knowledge for future athletic development.
